Try this amazing dairy free milk.

This is a simple Oat Milk recipe that you will love because it can be used for pretty much anything. I prefer it my coffee and smoothies. However, I wouldn’t drink this by itself because of the rich taste.

Recipe:

1 cup of organic oats

1 cup of water

2 dates or agave to sweet (optional)

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

For this recipe, soak the oats for about 30 minutes in a mason jar. Then pour the oats into a strainer and rinse.

After the rinse pour the oats into a blender and add 1 cup of water. Mix this until you get the consistency you prefer. Then add in the dates and vanilla, this will vary depending on how sweet you want it. Enjoy!
