Try these Chocolate Brownie Vegan Cookies they are amazing.
1 cup of flour (I used gluten-free)
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
5 tbsp nondairy milk (Almond or oat is great)
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips ( I ran out so I don’t have any in this batch)
Mix your dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Please, make sure you blend very well otherwise, you will have clumps of baking soda in the cookie, trust me! Stir in your liquids until you have a dough. Then roll them into balls and place it in a preheated oven for 325 F. After that make sure you have a cookie pan that is lightly greased. Bake for 9-10 minutes, then let it sit for about 11 minutes. Once cooled press each cookie down with a spoon or spatula. These will turn out soft and chewy, which is what you want! Tag me on Instagram with your photos if you try it. Enjoy!
