These suggestions are my personal experiences only. I am not a doctor or certified nurse.
Today's post will focus on breastfeeding what my son eats and my overall new journey.
Becoming a new mom has been such an interesting journey, and I want to share my knowledge and advice with other new moms.
I have learned a lot, such as how to breastfeed what formula to use if my baby hated my breast milk and understanding my baby.
The one thing that I can say is to LEARN YOUR BABY understand what he or she likes and wants.
Breastfeed your baby as long as you can it is considered to be the healthiest and effective. Some mothers can't breastfeed, because of health reasons etc, if this is your case consult with a doctor to give you the best advice on organic formula or tips on a healthier lifestyle.
I am still breastfeeding my son he will be 7 months this week, he also eats organic oat-meal with puree fruit and vegetables. I use spoons that show when the food is hot. This tool has been a life-saver. Please check photos of what I use below.
Breastfeeding is a special way to bond with your baby. I learned that skin to skin worked better for me especially when my son was born. Latching is also very important, you want to make sure your baby is getting your milk. I had a lactation for the first couple months of post-delivery. It helped, however, if you can’t get this ask your doctor or call the nurse hotline provided by the hospital you delivered at.
I have so much to share with you new mama's, but I don't want to make this a super long post. I will separate each thing each week.
Until next time
